How The Webshop Works

We treat your whole merch line as on-demand. Someone orders → we make it → we ship it → you get your split. No inventory. No upfront cost. No deadstock. Add as many designs and products as you want.

This is real on-demand, not Spreadshirt. We print on the same machines we use for our bulk band orders. The quality is the quality.

What You Bring

1. Two designs to start — logo, art, whatever defines you. We'll clean them up if they're not print-ready.
2. Band info + member sizes — bios, links, what goes on your webshop page.
3. A signed pilot contract. One page, plain language.
4. Your band at the photoshoot. One date, scheduled within 4–6 weeks.

What We Get

• Rights to use the photoshoot images and your designs in Needlemancer marketing only — never resold, never re-licensed.
• A 6-month commitment to keep your merch listed on the webshop. After 6 months it's mutual — extend or walk.
• A real case study to show the next 60 bands.

The Honest Fine Print

• You keep your designs. Always. We never take ownership. We license them for your products and our marketing, nothing more.
• You can sell merch anywhere else. Bandcamp, gigs, your own store, your label. The webshop is in addition, not instead of.
• Slots fill on a first-commit basis. Once you sign, you're in. Once eight bands are in, the pilot is closed.
• No hidden costs. If something falls outside the pilot (extra sizes, rush job, weird substrate), we tell you the price before we make it.
